Job summary

State of Delaware's Department of Technology & Information (DTI) seeks a Senior Security Operations Center Analyst to join a world-class security team. You will monitor security events, protect critical state assets, and coordinate incident response to safeguard confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems and data.

Expect a mix of on-site and flexible telework, with opportunities for professional development and collaboration with leading IT partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years Information Technology experience in enterprise environments.
• Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve security issues related to network devices, servers, PCs, mobile devices, cloud services.
• Knowledge of security tools; strong understanding of networking, security, and server systems technology (firewalls, IDS/IPS, DLP, EPP, Email, Storage, Syslog).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and protect critical state information systems and data.
• Detect and analyze abnormalities; initiate corrective actions and restore systems to normal function.
• Provide technical leadership in security operations and incident response.
