Job summary

Discovery Land Company’s Homewood Mountain Resort in California seeks a Snowsports Senior Lead to supervise daily on‑mountain operations, mentor instructors, and ensure guest experiences meet world‑class standards.

You will lead adult and private lesson programs, coordinate staffing with the Snowsports Manager, and uphold safety policies while delivering exceptional service in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• PSIA/AASI Level 1 Certification preferred.
• Minimum two years of snowsports school experience preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operation of Adult and Private Lesson programs.
• Mentor instructors with on-snow coaching and development.
• Monitor lesson quality to align with resort standards.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Snowsports Manager on staffing and program improvements.
• Maintain clear communication across departments and safety policies.
