Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Data Engineering professional to design, develop, and optimize Snowflake data solutions for complex Integrated Supply Chain processes. The role involves extracting data from Fivetran and IICS, building robust data pipelines, and coordinating deployments across Development, QA, and Production environments.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in data engineering and 6+ years of hands‑on Snowflake development, with strong SQL, data modeling, and cost‑management

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data engineering, warehousing, ETL/ELT, or analytics platform development.
• 6+ years Snowflake development on enterprise projects.
• 2+ years building data ingestion pipelines with Fivetran and/or IICS.
• 5+ years SQL, dimensional modeling, performance tuning, and Snowflake cost management.
• 3+ years in manufacturing or Integrated Supply Chain domain.
• 3+ years handling data from SAP source systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize Snowflake data solutions for supply-chain processes.
• Ingest data from multiple sources using Fivetran and IICS, ensuring reliability and auditable pipelines.
• Develop Snowflake objects and data pipelines; manage QA/Production deployments.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Coordinate with offshore teams for CI/CD and deployment activities (Control‑M, Opsera).
• Monitor pipeline performance, data freshness, and warehouse utilization; optimize for cost and scalability.
• Maintain technical docs, runbooks, and knowledge-transfer materials.
