Job summary

Attain Partners seeks a Senior Snowflake Architect/Developer to lead Snowflake‑based data solutions for higher education clients. You will guide architecture, design, and optimization, while hands-on developing and mentoring delivery teams.

Engage with executives and data users to translate requirements into scalable data models and architectures. Required 8+ years in data roles, 4+ years Snowflake experience, and strong SQL, modeling, and integration skills.

Qualifications

8+ years in data engineering, data architecture, or data warehousing.
4+ years hands-on Snowflake architecture and development.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture, design, and optimization of Snowflake-based data solutions.
Conduct client discovery and design workshops with executives and technical teams.
Translate requirements into scalable data models, architectures, and development specs.
Mentor developers and analysts across client delivery teams.
Deliver enterprise data platform solutions in higher education contexts.
