• Set up, adjust and operate SMT equipment including pick-and-place, conformal coating and soldering processes.
• Perform routine maintenance and track lead times to support customers.
• Train and mentor new Machine Operators on essential functions.
• Create and troubleshoot Europlacer programs and AOI routines.
