Job summary

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and operate SMT lines and related equipment.
• Make adjustments to optimize performance and ensure product quality.
• Support quality initiatives (5S, standard work, KPIs) and lead times.
• Train and mentor new operators; cross-train in related processes.
• Perform routine maintenance and manage consumables in machines.
• Operate the full SMT line from start to finish and troubleshoot issues.
