Job summary

Prescient Edge seeks a SME Software Developer and Web Master Team Support (Computer Scientist) to support a federal government client at Fort Meade. You will build and optimize cloud-based data tools, web apps, and analytics pipelines.

The role requires AWS expertise, strong data science skills, and experience with secure government networks. TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance is required; high school to advanced degrees are listed for experience paths.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 30 years of relevant experience.
• Associate’s degree with 24 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 22 years of relevant experience.
• Master’s Degree with 20 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Shall deliver products by uploading documents to USG servers and ensure availability to the greater US IC.
• Conducts data analytics, data engineering, data mining, exploratory and statistical analysis, and builds AI tools and ML-based processes.
• Lead migration from traditional servers to AWS with minimal downtime and cost optimization.
• Design and implement secure, scalable AWS cloud architectures using IAM, EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, VPC, and RDS.
• Develop automation scripts using Python and boto3 to streamline cloud management.
• Maintain and update SIPRNet/JWICS web sites and related systems for classified information.
