• Strong time-management skills and a bias toward action.

Responsibilities

• Catch the results-oriented Self-Motivation regression in staging before it ever reaches Lincoln customers.
• Harden REST API authentication to pass the NE audit.
• Ensure REST API code quality through reviews that teach and catch issues.
• Untangle REST API dependencies slowing Lincoln releases.
• Handoff GraphQL runbooks to ease the next on-call.
• Question the Flask pattern and propose a cleaner approach.
• Ship Self-Motivation experiments quickly, prune losers, and focus on winners.
