Qualifications

• Must be mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot and communicate repairs clearly.
• Two years of verifiable lawn and garden equipment repair experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and forklift certification if offered.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostics & Repair: troubleshoot issues with a variety of lawn and garden equipment.
• Routine Maintenance: perform engine service, lubrication, spark plugs, blades.
• Reassembly: reassemble and reinstall components after repairs.
• Upfitting & Off-Season Tasks: install equipment into trucks and vans during off-season.
• Team Communication: discuss issues, parts needed, and work performed with staff.
