Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Sitecore Application Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise Sitecore solutions remotely across the United States. The role emphasizes XM/XM Cloud, XP, and composable architectures with strong backend C#/.NET and front-end JavaScript expertise.

The ideal candidate will implement content modeling, integrations, and upgrade paths while collaborating with editors, marketers, and product owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of Sitecore development experience.
• Deep expertise in C#/.NET and Sitecore APIs.
• Strong understanding of Sitecore Helix architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Sitecore XP, XM, or XM Cloud.
• Experience with headless implementations using JSS or Next.js.
• Solid front-end skills with modern JavaScript and build tools.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Sitecore deployments.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance-tuning skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Sitecore solutions across XM Cloud, XP, XM, and Content Hub.
• Build templates, layouts, renderings, and components per Helix principles.
• Develop backend services in C#/.NET using Sitecore APIs.
• Build headless implementations with JSS/Next.js front ends.
• Implement content modeling and DAM integrations with Content Hub.
• Integrate Sitecore with Sitecore Send, Personalize, CDP, and OrderCloud.
• Migrate legacy XP/XM to XM Cloud and composable architectures.
• Implement personalization rules and A/B testing integrations.
• Profile and optimize performance, caching, CDN strategies.
• Build CI/CD pipelines for Sitecore deployments and participate in reviews.
