Job summary

A leading construction firm is seeking a Site Superintendent in Bellevue to oversee high-end multifamily projects and coordinate onsite activities. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of commercial construction experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex site logistics. Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of commercial construction experience (high-rise/multifamily preferred).
• Experience overseeing high-end multifamily projects is an asset.
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades and coordinate complex site logistics.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the project labor schedule and budget.
• Coordinate activities of all onsite consultants and subcontractors.
• Ensure all materials meet approved drawings and specifications.
• Promote and enforce a safe working environment in accordance with OSHA.

Skills

Commercial construction experience

Leadership and communication skills

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

Strong understanding of construction scheduling

OSHA certification

Education

Postsecondary education in construction management or engineering
