A leading service provider is seeking a Quality Control and Site Safety Superintendent in Falls Church, Virginia. This role involves overseeing construction inspections, maintaining safety logs, conducting accident investigations, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations for a key government project. Candidates should have a degree in Engineering or Construction Management, along with significant experience in construction management and safety certifications. Competitive salary of $100k to $120k per annum offered.

Competenze

• Five years of combined experience as a Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager, or Project Engineer on a similar construction project.
• Certified OSHA 30 and EM 385-1-1.
• Completed 'Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors' course and maintain a current certificate (can be done after hiring).

Mansioni

• Conduct daily inspections and maintain a written log documenting areas inspected.
• Conduct mishap investigations and complete required accident reports.
• Review, approve, implement, and enforce Activity Hazard Analysis and Accident Prevention Plans.

Conoscenze

Proficient in both written and verbal English

Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite

Degree in Engineering or Construction Management Degree
