Job summary

Longbridge Singapore is hiring a hands-on Site Reliability Engineer to design, scale, and safeguard the reliability of our next-generation wealth tech platforms. This role collaborates with product and engineering teams across the globe to deliver highly available, secure services.

You will drive automation, incident response, and cloud-native improvements, supporting a fast-moving fintech startup environment with a focus on reliability across distributed systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SRE/DevOps or production engineering roles.
• Strong AWS (or GCP/Azure) and container orchestration experience.
• Proficient in Python, Go, or similar for automation.
• Solid Linux admin skills and CI/CD pipeline experience.
• Incident management and troubleshooting distributed systems expertise.

Responsibilities

• Own system reliability: design and operate highly available distributed systems.
• Build automation at scale with infrastructure-as-code and monitoring.
• Partner with global development teams to bake reliability in from day one.
• Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and reduce MTTR.
• Future-proof stack with cloud-native tech (Kubernetes, Prometheus, AWS/GCP).
• Stress-test, disaster recovery, and capacity planning for wealth services.
