Responsibilities

• Architect automation workflows that resolve IT support requests without human intervention
• Integrate multiple SaaS platforms through APIs and event-driven orchestration
• Design resilient authentication and authorization patterns
• Build lightweight custom services when native tools are insufficient
• Establish CI/CD, monitoring, and reliability standards
• Define SLIs, SLOs, and operational benchmarks

What You Bring
