Senior Site Reliability Engineer

We are working with a leading trading technology firm building a high-performance infrastructure engineering team focused on reliability, automation, and large-scale platform resilience.

This is a highly technical, hands-on opportunity for an experienced SRE who enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges, improving self-healing systems, and operating within fast-moving, low-latency environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and improving highly available Linux infrastructure platforms.
• Building automation, observability, orchestration, and auto-remediation tooling.
• Driving reliability initiatives focused on scalability, resilience, and rapid recovery.
• Troubleshooting complex distributed systems and production infrastructure issues.
• Partnering closely with engineering teams to improve platform performance and operational maturity.
• Mentoring engineers and helping shape infrastructure best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of senior Linux infrastructure or Site Reliability Engineering experience.
• Strong programming/scripting skills in Go or Python.
• Deep understanding of scalable systems, CI/CD, containers, monitoring, and automation tooling.
• Experience operating infrastructure across physical, virtualised, and containerised environments.
• Strong operational judgement with the ability to assess technical risk and failure scenarios.
• Comfortable leading incident response and driving long-term reliability improvements.
