APTEAN in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to lead cloud operations for Business Central Online customers in the Americas. You will own production escalations end-to-end and drive environment work across provisioning, configuration, copies, refreshes, and updates.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in ERP hosting or cloud operations under SLA, deep Dynamics 365 BC Online knowledge, and hands-on change execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in ERP hosting, managed services or cloud operations under SLA.
• Deep Dynamics 365 Business Central Online knowledge: administration, extensions, ISVs, integrations.
• Proven track record leading major incidents with enterprise customers; hands-on production change execution.
• SQL Server and Entra ID administration experience.
• Excellent written English; comfortable as senior IC in distributed teams.

About the role

You are a Senior Site Reliability Engineer based our Alpharetta, GA office. You lead Cloud Operations for Business Central Online customers in the Americas, executing escalations in-region and environment work that previously required EMEA coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead production escalations end-to-end for Americas Business Central Online customers
• Diagnose BC Online production issues: performance, locking, job queues, integrations
• Execute environment work: provisioning, configuration, copies, refreshes, extension updates
• Drive Microsoft support and ISV vendor escalations to resolution
• Serve as senior technical reviewer on complex or high-risk changes

About you

You are autonomous and own problems rather than routing them. You write things down and verify against source systems before communicating to customers. You escape with clear recommendations and decision dates attached, comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor with influence rather than authority.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in ERP hosting, managed services or cloud operations under SLA
• Deep Dynamics 365 Business Central Online knowledge: administration, extensions, ISVs, integrations
• Proven track record leading major incidents with enterprise customers; hands-on production change execution
• Application Insights, KQL, SQL Server and Entra ID/GDAP/CSP partner administration experience
• Excellent written English; comfortable as senior IC in distributed teams with limited overlap

To be ahead of the pack, you might have:

• Experience with Food & Beverage or process-manufacturing ERP environments
• F&B BC ISV landscape: EDI, WMS, logistics, localisation
• Experience driving Microsoft partner support cases to outcome
• Knowledge of PowerShell, Azure DevOps, Salesforce and SOC 2 compliance
