Advanced Building Maintenance, Inc is seeking a Site Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple client sites, ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and high standards of service. You will lead and train a dispersed janitorial team, travel to sites as needed, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in janitorial or environmental services, proven leadership, and knowledge of OSHA standards, infection control, and safety practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in janitorial or Environmental Services operations, with multi-site or regional responsibility preferred.
• Leadership experience in managing dispersed teams within healthcare, retail, or commercial facility settings.
• In-depth knowledge of janitorial industry standards, cleaning techniques, and safety regulations (OSHA, infection control, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Ability and willingness to travel.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
