Job summary

John Sisk & Son seeks an Engineer to set out works and manage dimensional controls across projects. The role emphasizes quality, safety, and progress tracking, with responsibility for coordinating surveys, RFIs, and test data from the construction team.

The candidate should hold an Engineering degree and have experience with total stations, EDMs, lasers, and dumpy levels. A strong communicator is essential for collaboration with planning and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Diploma with relevant site experience.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and technical coordination.
• Experience with site setting out and measurements using survey tools.

Responsibilities

• Set out works in line with drawings, specifications and site surveys.
• Liaise with planners to align programmes and outputs.
• Check materials and works for compliance with specs and quality standards.
• Maintain quality records and support ITPs and test data.
• Prepare reports and maintain site diaries.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with subcontractors.
