Job summary

Fehr Graham is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager specializing in site development to join their team in Milwaukee, WI. This role involves managing and designing projects for residential, commercial, municipal, and industrial clients from concept to completion.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, a PE license, 5+ years of experience, and strong leadership skills. The position offers a collaborative work environment with competitive salary, bonuses, and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in civil/site development engineering, including project management responsibilities.
• Proven track record managing land development, commercial, industrial, or municipal projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of grading, drainage, stormwater management, roadway design, and utility systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all phases of site development and civil engineering projects.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, designers, and technicians.
• Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and reports.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Support business development efforts by preparing proposals.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
