Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 4+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 3+ years, or PhD with 2+ years.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work within the schedule and hours provided.
• Assist in the development of project specifications.
• Develop discipline-specific engineering project elements and deliverables (reports, designs, plans).
• Coordinate and enhance productivity of project team members.
• Provide technical guidance to less experienced team members.
• Collaborate across disciplines on multi-discipline projects.
• Perform quality control reviews of deliverables.
• Support planning of schedules, hours, and workload distribution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
