HDR is seeking a Senior Site Civil Engineer for our Building Engineering Services group in Colorado. You will lead the design of facility site developments across markets including corporate, healthcare, education, and municipal sectors, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams from planning through construction.
Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of civil/site design experience, a PE license, and strong proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Hydraflow/HydroCAD tools.

HDR is currently seeking a Senior Site Civil Engineer for our Building Engineering Services Business Group located in Colorado. Our team is an integrated facility and infrastructure design team consisting of core services of Mechanical, Electrical, Structural and Site Civil Engineering. This person will be responsible for the design of facility‑related sites in support of a variety of markets including Corporate/Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Municipal, Civic, Industrial, Sports & Recreation, and Mission Critical buildings and infrastructure. They will be expected to coordinate and work closely with a multidiscipline design team throughout the entire life cycle of projects from planning stages, through the development of construction documents, and construction administration. Experience in land development and the design of building related site civil (grading, utilities, storm drainage, stormwater management, and erosion control) is required. This individual should be self‑motivated, collaborative, and possess strong leadership skills with an initiative to deliver high quality, technically sound designs.
