Job summary

BeiGene, Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Site Automation Engineer to maintain a stable computing infrastructure and implement validated systems for shop floor automation. In this role, you will collaborate with the Global Technology Solutions team and manage complex automation projects.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, strong communication skills, and experience with software lifecycle methodologies. The position offers a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of biopharmaceutical manufacturing experience is required.
• At least 3 years of project management experience in biologics or GMP is required.
• Experience with GxP computer systems validation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Building Automation System.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing processes.
• Develop and review technical documentation.

Skills

Strong experience with software lifecycle methodologies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Analytical problem-solving skills

Proven ability to manage multiple complex priorities

Experience with Rockwell PlantPAX DCS

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering
