Job summary

SpaceX is looking for a Senior Technical Project Lead to oversee complex silicon engineering projects in the development of next-generation ASICs for satellites. The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience and will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance the capabilities of the Starlink network.

This role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, with a preference for a master's degree, and at least 8 years of project or program management experience. Strong communication and hands-on technical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Technical Project or Program Management experience.
• Experience with satellite or consumer product lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with digital/analog/RF ASIC design processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive complex silicon projects from inception through production.
• Track and communicate schedules for ASIC development tasks.
• Lead discussions with teams to rectify project issues.
