Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC in Sunnyvale, CA, is seeking a Senior Silicon Product Engineer to conceive, design, and manufacture semiconductor solutions for satellite and ground terminal products. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and suppliers to drive manufacturing, test, qualification and reliability.

You will lead initiatives, deliver to volume production, and tackle RTL, FPGA/ASIC design, and post‑silicon validation in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 7+ years of wireless communications systems and implementation experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of serial protocols including SPI, I2C, I3C, and UART.
• Experience delivering products to volume production.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and key deliverables.

As Senior Semiconductor Product Engineer, you will engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to conceive, design, and manufacture innovative semiconductor solutions for Amazon Leo's satellite and ground terminal products. You will work closely with internal inter-disciplinary teams and third-party suppliers to drive key aspects of semiconductor product manufacturing, test, qualification, and reliability to meet our customers’ needs. You must be responsive, flexible and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years of wireless communications systems and implementation experience
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Knowledge of serial protocols including SPI, I2C, I3C, and UART
• Experience delivering products to volume production
• Experience leading technical initiatives and key deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience in RTL coding and debug, as well as performance, power, area analysis and trade-offs
• Experience with modern ASIC/FPGA design and verification tools
• Experience with SOC bring-up and post-silicon validation

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
