Job summary

CAC I International seeks a Senior EW/SIGINT Signals Analyst to support the Army’s ARAT at APG, MD. You will analyze threat emitters, assess EW techniques, and develop actionable recommendations for mission data generation and reprogramming.

Expect collaboration with engineers, analysts, and operators to improve EW capabilities and deliver accurate technical briefings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Active DoD Secret clearance; TS/SCI preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in EW, SIGINT, ELINT, RF analysis, or intelligence analysis.
  • Knowledge of EA, ES, and EP.
  • Experience analyzing RF communications, radar systems, electronic emitters, or EW systems.
  • Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, technical writing, and briefing skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze threat radar, communications, and EW systems to support development of EA/ES techniques.
  • Characterize threat signals, capabilities, vulnerabilities, and operational employment.
  • Develop technical recommendations supporting Army reprogramming, mission data generation, and threat library development.
  • Evaluate Army EW system effectiveness against current and emerging threats.
  • Conduct Verification & Validation (V&V) testing and assess lab, developmental, operational, and field test results.
  • Review intelligence products, technical reports, and briefings for analytical accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop technical reports, assessments, and briefings for military and government stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineers, developers, intelligence analysts, and operational personnel to support mission objectives.
  • Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and analyst mentorship.

The Opportunity
  • CACI is seeking a Senior EW/SIGINT Signals Analyst to support the U.S. Army at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), MD.
  • The selected candidate will join a highly skilled, integrated team supporting the Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Army Reprogramming Analysis Team (ARAT) in the development, assessment, and validation of Electronic Warfare (EW) techniques used to counter evolving global threats.
  • In this role, you will apply advanced analytical expertise to characterize threat emitters, assess Electronic Warfare system effectiveness, support technique development, and provide technical recommendations that directly impact operational capabilities delivered to the warfighter.
  • This position requires strong technical acumen, independent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across intelligence, engineering, and operational communities.

  • Knowledge of Electronic Attack (EA), Electronic Support (ES), and Electronic Protection (EP).
  • Experience analyzing RF communications, radar systems, electronic emitters, or EW systems.
  • Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, technical writing, and briefing skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Desired
  • Military or government EW experience.
  • Experience with Army reprogramming, mission data, or threat libraries.
  • Knowledge of EWIR, ELINT, CED, TECHINT, and AFTTP products.
  • Experience with Blue Force and threat EW systems.
  • Experience with Python, MATLAB, GNU Radio, or similar analytical tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
