Job summary

SK hynix memory solutions America Inc. is seeking a Senior Signal Integrity Engineer to advance next generation SSD products and optimize high-speed interfaces. You will work with SoC, firmware, and package teams to ensure robust SI/PI performance.

The role requires hands-on lab measurements, 3D/2D EM simulations, and a strong background in PCIe, DDR, and memory interfaces. On-site in California supporting cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering required; MS preferred.
• 3-8+ years of relevant experience in high-speed SSD design.
• Experience with PCIe Gen4/5/6, DDR4/5, and PDN design.

Responsibilities

• Mentoring of engineers and technical leadership.
• Provide SI/PI expertise for SSD controller package and PCB design.
• Review designs, validate designs, and prepare final reports.
