Job summary

EverWatch Corporation seeks a Target Analyst Reporter to provide SIGINT targeting and analytic support, applying expertise in digital/optical telecommunications, telephony switching, and IP-based networks to identify targets of interest and develop effective analytic strategies.

Responsibilities include refining targeting techniques, leveraging SIGINT databases, and delivering actionable intelligence reporting to support mission priorities. A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience providing SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) analytic support.
• 2+ years within the last 5 years working with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems, telephony switching networks, and/or Internet communications.
• Experience identifying target communications within global communications networks.
• Experience developing analytic strategies to optimize and develop customer collection accesses.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• HS Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provides SIGINT targeting and analytic support through research, analysis, and reporting of collection and collateral data to identify targets of interest.
• Develops and refines targeting techniques, leverages SIGINT databases and reporting repositories, and incorporates independent research to produce actionable intelligence reporting.
• Provides SIGDEV support to optimize and develop collection accesses while applying critical thinking and analytic reasoning to support mission requirements and priorities.
