Job summary

Wyetech, LLC seeks a fully cleared Target Analyst Reporter Level 2 to prioritize, assess, evaluate, and report information from passive and active collection to deliver synthesized intelligence products for government customers.

The role supports SIGINT analysis and reporting with extensive IC or military experience, knowledge of STI/RFIs, and the ability to draft finalized SIGINT reports from limited traffic.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as Target Analyst supporting the IC or U.S. Government military.
• 2+ years within the last five years.
• Experience drafting serialized SIGINT product reports for IC release.
• Ability to author reports from simple or limited traffic.
• Knowledge of technologies used to identify analytic vectors.
• Experience exploiting foreign communications for SIGINT reporting.
• Experience with SIGINT reporting software and target development databases.
• Familiarity with SIGINT reporting policies (STI, RFIs).
• Familiarity with SIGINT report repositories.
• Ability to conduct independent research to enhance reporting.
• Ability to compile information from multiple sources into comprehensive reports.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, assess, and report information from passive and active collection.
• Perform network evaluation and analysis with collateral sources.
• Draft and edit finished, serialized SIGINT product reports.
• Author reports based on limited traffic.
• Identify analytic vectors using relevant technologies.
• Apply SIGINT principles for exploiting communications.
• Disseminate SIGINT information per requirements and priorities.
• Use SIGINT reporting tools and databases for target development.
• Follow SIGINT reporting policies and procedures.
• Research SIGINT repositories to strengthen reporting.
• Conduct independent research to strengthen analysis.
• Pull information from multiple sources to produce comprehensive reports.
