Job summary

Arcfield is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer with TS/SCI clearance to lead the translation of customer needs into robust system and software requirements. You will drive verification, interface design, and technical demonstrations while coordinating with distributed teams and supporting business development efforts.

The role emphasizes rigorous systems engineering, performance evaluation, and effective communication to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical

Qualifications

• Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, or similar technical discipline with 10+ years experience.
• 10+ years working with SIGINT data sets; 5+ years coding in a mission environment.
• Experience with SIGINT collection systems and data formats.
• Strong systems engineering fundamentals and analytical skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; ability to explain technical issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Generates quantifiable requirements from customer description and system design.
• Ensure requirements comply with standards via formal verification.
• Translate high-level strategies into detailed system requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop lower-level requirements.
• Establish engineering standards and procedures across lifecycle.
• Design and integrate system interfaces for cohesive operation.
• Evaluate system performance with defined metrics.
• Serve as customer liaison and support business development.
• Participate in system conceptual design and documentation.
• Participate in design reviews for traceability and compliance.
• Develop system-level verification and acceptance test procedures.
• Review test plans to meet contractual requirements.
• Participate in system testing to validate requirements.
