Qualifications

• Fifteen (15) years of hands-on experience with supporting signals intelligence operations; at least 3 of: systems requirements, operational requirements, data analysis, test & evaluation, training.
• Recognized expert with Distributed Common Ground System or Signals Intelligence systems.
• Experience training operators on system hardware and software.
