Job summary

NASK Incorporated is seeking a Senior SIGINT/DSP Engineer to reverse-engineer telemetry data and develop real-time signal processing applications in Linux using Python and C++. You will lead a small team and collaborate across software, electrical, and aerospace disciplines on next-generation capabilities.

Preferred candidates hold active TS/SCI with poly, experience with X-Midas, RF communications, MySQL, and have a track record of delivering high-performance software for defense systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, a Physical Science, or a related technical field.
• Strong programming skills in Python and C++.
• Experience with telemetry system design or implementation.
• Knowledge of Digital Signal Processing (DSP).
• Experience with RF communications systems.

Responsibilities

• Reverse-engineer telemetry data using specialized tools to process data for analytic problems.
• Develop real-time signal processing algorithms using Python and C++ in Linux environments.
• Build and enhance X-Midas applications, primitives, macros, and data processing tools.
• Automate signal-processing toolsets within a high-performance computing infrastructure.
• Lead the developmental direction of an automated SIGINT system to process and extract internal telemetry data.
