The role focuses on data and voice communications, including DNR, DNI, and advanced technologies over IP, requiring extensive SIGINT development analytic experience. You will troubleshoot dataflow issues, optimize access posture, and coordinate with mission managers to deliver insight into networks and information systems while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• 10+ years of demonstrated SIGINT development analytic support.
• Within last 10 years, 5+ years in one or more: digital/optical telecom, telephony networks, or internet communications.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of accesses across programs and identify capabilities and opportunities.
• Educate analysts on capabilities supporting discovery efforts.
• Serve as entry point for information and stakeholder actions.
• Coordinate with Site Collection and Mission Managers; provide feedback on accesses.
• Optimize and extend collection leveraging midpoint accesses.
• Assess collection posture with Leadership and Collection Managers.
• Review collection categories and tasks; propose changes as needed.
• Troubleshoot dataflow, processing, and content quality issues with other orgs.
• Provide insight into specific networks and information systems.
• Support discovery involving DNR, DNI, and advanced IP technologies.
