Qualifications

• BA/BS plus 4+ years, or MS plus ~3 years in CS/IS/Engineering/Business as related work experience.
• At least 1 year of related work experience with information security systems, including hands-on SIEM infrastructure and implementation.
• Knowledge of security concepts: vulnerability assessments, privacy, intrusion detection, incident response, MITRE ATT&CK, governance.
• Experience leading process definition, workflow design, and integrating SIEM and SOAR into operations.
• Understanding networking (TCP/IP, OSI), OS fundamentals, security tech (firewalls, IDS/IPS), and programming/scripting (C, Java, Perl, Shell).
• A valid US driver’s license and a valid passport are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client services focusing on Advanced SIEM platforms and monitor progress.
• Build and maintain client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Demonstrate technical expertise and willingness to learn new cybersecurity tech.
• Understand the strategic importance of SIEM in protecting operations.
• Stay updated on security advisory capabilities and industry trends.
• Communicate insights clearly to the engagement team and client management.
• Understand incident response processes and MITRE ATT&CK to improve threat detection.
