SK hynix memory solutions America Inc. in San Jose is seeking a Senior Signal Integrity Engineer to develop next‑gen SSD products. The role requires hardware design and SI/PI expertise, with PCIe Gen4/5/6, DDR4/5 experience, and hands-on lab measurements.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with SoC, FW, and PCB teams, and define stack-ups, routing, and validation plans. A BS in EE and 3–8+ years of related experience are required or preferred; MS is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering required; MS is a plus.
• 3–8+ years of relevant hardware design and SI/PI experience.
• Experience with PCIe Gen4/5/6, DDR4/5, high-speed interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Mentor engineers and provide SI/PI guidance.
• Define stack-up, HDI vias, routing constraints, and validation plans.
• Collaborate with SoC, FW, package, and circuit teams.
• Perform design verification in the lab and correlate simulations.
