Responsibilities

• Edit short-form vertical video (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) from raw footage into finished content.
• Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, sound design, and music.
• Design static posts, carousels, rankings, and ad creative.
• Build ad creative variations for paid Meta campaigns.
• Keep brand look consistent across all outputs.
• Turn around work quickly, often same-day, and take feedback without ego.

Job description

You'll be one of the main creatives behind our short-form video and design output. You'll cut fast, punchy Reels and TikTok-style videos, design the graphics around them, and make sure everything we publish looks sharp. This is a hands-on, high-volume role. You'll ship a lot of content every week.

What you'll do

• Edit short-form vertical video (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) from raw footage into finished, scroll-stopping content
• Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, sound design, and music
• Design static posts, carousels, ranking graphics, and ad creative
• Build ad creative variations for paid Meta campaigns
• Keep our brand look consistent across everything we put out
• Turn around work quickly, often same-day, and take feedback without ego

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of professional video editing and graphic design experience, with a portfolio that shows it
• Expert-level Premiere Pro or After Effects (or DaVinci/Final Cut) and Photoshop/Illustrator or Figma
• Strong sense of pacing, hooks, and what holds attention in the first 3 seconds
• Experience with motion graphics and animated text
• Ability to manage your own time and hit deadlines without being chased
• Bonus: agency experience, paid ads creative, or experience editing for local businesses
