• Collaborates with Sales and the Santa Monica marketing team to execute scalable programs.
• Leads and models successful programming that drives consumer relevance and consumption.
• Executive presence with strong presentation skills; able to pivot under pressure.

• Demonstrates emotional intelligence and influences teams positively.
• Excellent written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of shopper marketing programs for National and Super Regional C&G customers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing to influence strategy and execution.
• Present ideas persuasively to internal and external stakeholders.
