Job summary

K&R Operating LLC in Robstown, Texas, is seeking a Senior Shop Technician to perform maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on compressors and engines. You will work in a team, uphold safety and quality standards, and advance technical skills through ongoing training.

The role requires extensive compressor expertise, fault diagnosis, and hands-on leadership to support immediate and long-term project needs. A valid driver's license and tool set are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in compressor and engine maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for general electronic and mechanical controls.
• Must have mechanical aptitude and ability to work set hours.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to attend training classes and seminars.
• General computer skills and ability to use computer as diagnostic tool.
• Must pass drug and background testing.
• Must have full set of hand tools as defined by company standards.
