Job summary

SitePro Rentals is seeking an experienced Technician to diagnose and repair equipment, ensuring machines leaving the shop are safe and reliable.

You’ll mentor junior technicians, share knowledge, and uphold quality and safety standards while supporting customers and shop leadership. Requires 3+ years of repair experience and strong knowledge of diesel/gas engines, electrical and hydraulic systems, A/C and ECM software.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 3 years of equipment repair experience.
• Strong knowledge of diesel/gas engines, electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair equipment: troubleshoot diesel/gas engines, electrical, hydraulic, A/C, and electronic control systems using schematics and diagnostic tools.
• Handle complex repairs: rebuild, install, and adjust major machine components such as engines, pumps, hydraulic motors, controllers, valves, and track assemblies.
• Own the quality of the work: perform failure analyses and inspections, manage repair costs, order parts, ensure compliance with manufacturer and SitePro standards.
• Lead by example: work safely, mentor junior technicians, and support shop leadership.
