Job summary

Structured Trades in Austin, Texas is seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Foreman to lead commercial HVAC projects on site. You will supervise workers, review blueprints, develop work schedules, and monitor safety and quality.

Preferred candidates have 3+ years as a foreman in commercial new construction and remodeling, strong communication in English (Spanish a plus), and a solid understanding of HVAC systems and drawings. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must have experience with commercial new construction and remodeling.
• Excellent knowledge of commercial heating and air conditioning.
• Excellent knowledge of commercial blueprints and drawings.

• Ensure project are at or under budget
• Report project progress to superiors
• Be a liaison between construction workers and supervisors
