Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, a Master's degree with 6 years, an Associate's degree with 10 years, or a High School Diploma with 12 years.
• Strong experience with SharePoint technologies, including SharePoint 2013, 2016, 2019, SE, and SharePoint Online.
• Strong experience with configuring, installing, and securing SharePoint systems.
• Experience with managing SQL clusters in support of SharePoint farms.
• Experience with patch maintenance for SQL clusters and SharePoint farms.
• Experience with PKI authentication and claims-based authentication.
• Experience with utilizing load balancers such as F5 BigIP Load Traffic Manager or Citrix NetScaler.
• Strong experience managing M365/O365 cloud offerings such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft OneDrive, and SharePoint Online.
• Strong experience with patch maintenance for SharePoint farms.
• Experience with routine maintenance processes and willingness to conduct scheduled maintenance during approved maintenance windows.
• Experience with Change Management fundamentals to ensure proper planning, execution, and documentation of changes to the environment.
• Experience with Tier 2 & Tier 3 system administration.
• Experience troubleshooting issues in a growing environment.
• Experience with reviews, incident analysis, and identification of issue trends.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Track record of working effectively within a team, and support to peers toward improved processes and results.
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
• Candidate must, at a minimum, meet IT System Admin Intermediate certification requirements (Cloud+, GICSP, SSCP, Security+ CE, GSEC, or higher)
• No industry certifications are required for this position, though a relevant certification in SharePoint, M365/O365, or similar technology is beneficial.
• TS/SCI with CI Poly required for the position, or TS/SCI and willingness to complete a polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Configure, install, and secure SharePoint systems.
• Manage SQL clusters in support of SharePoint farms and perform patch maintenance.
• Assist with PKI and claims-based authentication configurations.
• Oversee load balancer configurations (F5/Citrix) and cloud offerings (M365/O365).
• Follow Change Management processes, document changes, and coordinate maintenance windows.
• Provide Tier 2/3 system administration and incident analysis in a growing environment.
• Operate ITSM tooling (ServiceNow) for ticketing and resolution.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements within the team.
