Job summary

Resource Management Concepts, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled SharePoint and Power Platform Engineer in Bethesda, MD.

You will design, develop, and maintain enterprise solutions using SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to support critical mission objectives. The role requires 5+ years in SharePoint development/admin/architecture and 3+ years in Power Platform, plus an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years building enterprise solutions on Power Platform.
• 5+ years SharePoint development, admin, and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise Power Platform and SharePoint solutions.
• Bridge business processes with technical architecture to deliver secure, scalable automation.
• Administer SharePoint Online and on-premises, SPFx extensions, and web parts.
• Integrate SharePoint/Power Platform with other Microsoft 365 services and APIs.
• Implement governance, RBAC, and DLP aligned with security standards.
• Design Power BI dashboards and reports for data-driven decisions.
• Lead or support migrations to SharePoint Online.
• Provide Tier 3 troubleshooting and documentation.
