Quantum Technologies. LLC is seeking a senior SharePoint Administrator to support secure, mission-critical environments across classified networks in the United States. You will optimize site collections, collaborate with IT teams, and design workflows that improve data structure and user productivity.

The role requires 8+ years in SharePoint administration, strong knowledge of SQL/Dataverse, ADFS, and Modern Work. Excellent communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in SharePoint administration with degree, or 6+ years with Master’s degree.
• 3+ years in information systems management focusing on SharePoint and cloud tech.
• 2+ years experience with SQL/Dataverse and ADFS.
• On-premises SharePoint Server administration and maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of Modern Work, Copilot, SEO basics, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize SharePoint site collections across classified networks.
• Collaborate with IT teams on configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Develop subsites, lists, libraries, and workflows to improve data structure.
• Document requirements with government customers and estimate timelines.
• Design functions, workflows, forms, and reports using SharePoint tools.
• Maintain documentation and continuity books for established tasks.
• Ensure high availability by monitoring and resolving server issues.
