Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience administering and supporting Microsoft SharePoint environments.
Experience configuring SharePoint sites, managing user accounts and permissions.
Knowledge of SharePoint workflows, routing processes, site collections, document libraries, lists, permissions, and content management.
Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps, InfoPath, Power BI, and Microsoft Access.

Responsibilities

Manage SharePoint sites and user accounts, including site configuration, custom feature deployment, bandwidth monitoring, storage management, and backup maintenance.
Troubleshoot SharePoint issues, optimize site layouts, and provide technical support and guidance to users.
Evaluate project requirements and recommend best practices and solutions using current SharePoint tools and capabilities.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the development, implementation, and sustainment of program operations.
Assist in developing procedures and systems for establishing, operating, and evaluating the effectiveness of administrative control systems.
