Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of ServiceNow IT consulting or industry experience.
• 3+ years of experience in large technology engagements.
• 2 full life cycle implementations.
• Team lead experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide best practice advisory services to functional and technical streams throughout solution implementation and sustainment.
• Direct the ServiceNow implementation and certify the solution design of strategic technologies.
• Build and drive high performing relationships with development partners for high quality delivery.
• Contribute to continual service improvement and maintain the organizational roadmap for the solution.
