Job summary

Ampcus Inc is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Senior Consultant to design, implement, and optimize vulnerability response workflows. You will work with client stakeholders to strengthen vulnerability management processes, data quality, and remediation outcomes across the enterprise.

Responsibilities include configuring Vulnerability Response, integrating scanners, building automations with Flow Designer, and delivering dashboards and RBAC.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of ServiceNow administration, development, or platform experience.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow Security Operations or Vulnerability Response implementation experience.
• Experience implementing or operating ServiceNow Vulnerability Response.
• Experience with vulnerability management lifecycle processes: scan, triage, remediation, verification.
• Experience with Configuration Management Database, asset data, item matching, ownership, or criticality management.
• Experience developing ServiceNow JavaScript using GlideRecord, Business Rules, Script Includes, or UI policies.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow Security Operations solutions, including data models, workflows, access controls, and configurations.
• Configure and administer Vulnerability Response and Configuration Compliance modules, including onboarding, rules, SLAs, notifications, remediation tasks.
• Integrate ServiceNow with vulnerability scanners and third‑party tools; validate data mapping, item matching, schedules, and error handling.
• Build automation using Flow Designer and Integration Hub; create flows for routing, approvals, escalations, enrichment, and remediation verification.
• Collaborate with client security, IT, and ops stakeholders; run workshops and define requirements; translate into user stories and configurations.
• Develop dashboards, documentation, update sets, and RBAC; provide guidance to junior team members.
