Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams and deliver ITSM solutions for clients. You’ll drive engagement success, shape architecture, and guide project delivery across planning, design, and deployment in a dynamic, travel-friendly role.

In this senior position, you’ll partner with business stakeholders, translate requirements into technical specs, and mentor a multidisciplinary team while traveling as needed to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically, 4–6 years of ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• Minimum of one of: ITSM Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management, Big4 consulting experience (5+ years).
• Excellent soft skills – executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery across design, configuration/development, testing and deployment phases of ServiceNow ITSM projects.
• Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources, including offshore personnel.
• Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate EY service value.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
