EY is seeking a Senior Technology Analyst/ServiceNow Senior Consultant to lead ITSM transformation for clients, bridging business needs and technical solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically, 2–4 years relevant ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ITSM delivery across design, configuration/development, testing and deployment phases.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3–5 resources including offshore resources.
• Advise on aligning ITSM processes with business objectives and roadmaps.
• Travel to meet clients and gather requirements as needed.
