EY seeks a Senior Consultant to lead ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB transformation initiatives, guiding design, configuration, and deployment across client projects. You will manage a small team and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful IT operations improvements.

The role emphasizes requirements gathering, UI considerations, and adherence to best practices in ITOM/CMDB with both agile and waterfall delivery experience. Travel to client sites may be required across the US.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline
2–4 years relevant ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience
ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification
3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Driver's license valid in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Act as workstream lead on ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB projects including design, configuration/development, testing and deployment
Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3-5 resources including offshore team members
Provide guidance for ITOM/CMDB transformations aligning with business objectives
Analyze a company’s people, processes, and technology to inform strategic roadmaps
Lead client process design sessions and requirements workshops
Experience with waterfall and agile delivery models and associated management activities
Create high quality deliverables and project artifacts
