Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead transformation teams across IT/OT asset management. You will gather requirements, design UI/UX across mobile/web, and ensure delivery through coding, testing and deployment.

You will mentor a cross‑functional team and develop client relationships while meeting business objectives and timelines. Regular travel and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically, no less than 2-4 years relevant ServiceNow IT/OT Asset Management project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification required or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Act as a workstream lead across all aspects of a ServiceNow IT/OT Asset Management project and solution delivery including design, configuration/development, testing and deployment phases
• Ability to manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3-5 resources including offshore resources
• Provide guidance and industry leading practice expertise for ServiceNow IT/OT Asset Management process implementations
• Ability to analyze IT/OT Asset Management capabilities and contribute to strategic roadmaps
• Ability to advise on the connectivity of the CMDB and ITOM to ITSM processes
• Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities (Now Assist, AI Agents, AI Control Tower) and their application across asset management workflows
• Familiarity with OT asset platforms like Armis to support asset discovery and risk context
• Shape AI-enabled asset management roadmaps that improve visibility and compliance
• Lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops
• Experience in waterfall and agile delivery models and project management activities
• Create high-quality deliverables and artifacts
