Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Technology Analyst / ServiceNow Senior Consultant in the United States. You’ll lead ServiceNow Transformation teams and bridge business needs with technical solutions, interacting with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

You will have opportunities to grow consulting and leadership skills while building client relationships and delivering system architecture solutions across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Typically 2–4 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification; HRSD certifications preferred.
• Experience leading teams and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow HRSD transformation projects with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team including offshore resources.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design architecture.
• Deliver high-quality project artifacts and ensure on-time delivery.
• Travel to meet clients as needed.
